Measurements & Site Analysis
We take measurements on site or work from the plans you provide. We assess the existing space or plot, considering natural light, views, surroundings and terrain where relevant.
Space Planning
We develop several layout options and choose the best solution with you, considering furniture placement, ease of movement and how each area will be used.
Design Concept
We develop the overall design concept, defining the style, color palette, materials and finishes. Mood boards illustrate how these elements work together and convey the character of the future space.
3D Visualization
We create photorealistic 3D renderings of the interior or exterior, helping you visualize the space, materials, lighting and design details before work begins.
Technical Documentation
We prepare detailed drawings and specifications for the implementation of the approved design. For architectural projects, our Thai architect develops the engineering drawings and building permit documentation.
Design Supervision (Optional)
We visit the site during implementation to check that the work follows the approved design. We clarify details with contractors and advise on materials and finishes.
